UPDATE: @TeamYouTube has not issued a “third strike” to Alex Jones, who continued to break the @YouTube Terms today with this violent, threatening video. He now understands that he can get away with anything on their platform because they will let him, consequence-free.

Those “two strikes” were simply a reaction to public outcry without any real meaning.

If they don’t slap a third strike on him, it’s proof they’re more interested on advertising revenue than doing the right thing. Ask Facebook how that’s working out.

I'd think Emma should file a defamation and libel case against Jones and YouTube. Jones for the video and YouTube for complicity or even aiding and abetting a crime for not taking down the channel already. Thats be a pretty easy case.

I mean, if a bar can be held liable for overserving a customer, couldn't YouTube be liable for giving that man a platform after numerous warnings?
