It's beyond me. It's beyond reason. To get attention? To smear men? Because the women don't understand men?

Nice article. Here's how I see it. (1) There is an incentive behind every behavior. When someone feels slighted or hurt by (read, disconnected from) their partner, there is a drive to connect or ally with others who may feel similarly. This makes sense, despite its irrationality.

This mirrors conditions of when the solution to a question is difficult, we generally opt for easier questions. The problem being, it doesn’t address the issue, it merely exacerbates it.

Clinically speaking, the foundation of a healthy marriage/partnership requires trust AND commitment. As you point out, the easy (passive aggressive) “call-out" culture has seemingly infiltrated the sanctity of the partnerships due, in part, to peoples communication difficulties.

Complicating matters is that it is hard to be heard when you’re unwilling to even attempt to explore common ground. So, instead, they SCREAM thereby demonstrating their inability to maintain a respectful and tolerant communication style.

Sounds like the liberal progressive democrats right now....
