The problem with this approach is that is hurts other Raza Priest decks players may enjoy that don't rely on Spawn of Shadows and Shadowreaper Anduin for OTKs.

I feel like pen flinger might see a nerf for standard. It’s a bit too strong for a neutral.

people will just run some other combo if you do this though. clockwork automaton, velen, mirage caller, mindblast, thaurissan, there are many options. i think a nerf would not be well received if it just took a tier 1 deck down to like top tier 2 (see: darkglare, quest mage)

I was saying this for months. Nerfing Raza would feel really bad, because deck would definitely die and players would return to Big Priest and other shity RNG decks. If we are gonna talk for real, Raza Priest is solid non RNG, control deck. Dream for most of the players.

Especially if we take in consideration that Priest is the most hated class, because of toxic and broken mechanics. Instead of nefing Raza, best thing is to nerf Spawn of Shadows. Which is the actual problem card in the deck and leave a payable deck for Priest in future.
