LÖVE is already (slowly) moving from Mercurial + Bitbucket to Git + Github, I guess Atlassian made that choice even easier now

And for anyone who has paid GDC Vault access, the Animation Microtalks session was the most memorable talk I've seen. The final talk was an original musical performance and it got a standing ovation!

This GDC was my first time seeing the Experimental Gameplay Workshop, it's a fun look at off-the-beaten-path games and demos (edible games is the first presentation!) from a variety of people:

Mike Acton's provocatively titled "Everyone Watching This is Fired" is rapid-fire actionable advice for software developers working on a project, although some of it probably applies to any developer:

I attended GDC for the first time this year, and I loved it! Now that all the talks are online I'll share some of my favourites that I saw in person. First up, the much-lauded 'Marvel's Spider-Man': A Technical Postmortem

Heads up, a hotfix patch (LÖVE 11.1) was just released: It resolves a few important issues including setCanvas breaking in many situations. I definitely recommend updating if you use LÖVE!

Happy Easter! Today we finally released version 11.0! In amongst all the bad jokes and pranks, who knows whether this is a real release? I'm sure this download link doesn't actually go anywhere.

It's been in development for a long time, but now LÖVE version 11.0 is finally released: Audio and graphics were the major focus of this release, but there's a ton of changes and improvements across the board – and no, it isn't an april fool's joke!
