Random thought #2: is it possible to parse a WEBVTT file (using JavaScript…of course!) and use the text to speech APIs to have it read back the audio, using approximate timing from the VTT file?

Ah right! I used that for creating an accessible player that worked for ie..10 or something? I think it had to do with cors dysfunction or something
