That particular bench is going to be much more GPU biased. Which is important! But journalism should be able to talk to & explain the important & relationship of CPU and GPU, and make an honest frank assessment of both. & it seems entirely incapable, atm.

The article has integer and fp benchmarks as well. Any reason speedometer 2 is gpu-bound? I figured it was heavy on js and frameworks. No webgl or other heavy GPU activities.

Shouldn't be GPU bound. I bet this is scheduler related.

But the kicker is that even if the scheduler were perfect and keeping the work on big cores, it still wouldn't catch *last year's* AAPL party
