It's really painful to pin down just how much of each (and in what configuration) various mobile SoCs feature. Product data sheets are difficult to get.

You also get the sense digging into the various info (marketing) sites from the SoC vendors that they *really* don't want you asking questions like "why are your caches so tiny?"
