If you are only making products for wealthy users and never want to enter growth markets, that's a reasonable articulation.
If, OTOH, you're looking to enter India, Indonesia, etc., the profile I'm recommending is perhaps conservative but reasonable.

I met with a partner recently whose users are largely in the rural UK. Like the US, rural users experience significantly slower speed networks thanks to the effects of channel availability. It's all "LTE", but it's wildly different.
