Doesn't even need that. SW cache optimisation w/o new API enough to undercut. Background: I've asked WASM participants since '15 what the sustainable advantage is.

Well for second load at least, but I take your point. Yeah I feel like wasm folks are honest about the drawbacks in current form but they are numerous. Narrow use cases as a result.
