I think it has style sheet isolation built in. I wish they exposed this feature to non web components.

It’s okay though because you can just make a <StyleIsolate> React Component that uses a single WC boundary perhaps?

That's a misdirection. Shadow DOM gets you style encapsulations because that's how CSS works (resolution is based on DOM structure).

...and you can use Shadow DOM w/o any of the rest of the Web Components infrastructure.
