Why don't @nodejs modules run in an async function that gets awaited before moving onto the next module?

I only use try/catch for JSON.parse otherwise want assert/throw to crash the process. So that's gone. Worse so are stack trace line numbers.

I get why this is desirable in user land browser apps. For other targets this makes debugging async ops too hard. Imagine this will be fixed
