Finally, browsers catch up so Polymer can be used on the web. Meanwhile, React has spread on every other platform. :)

Polymer is a great web framework. However, React shows that starting with core principles and not target platform might lead farther.

That's a question about distribution friction, and native app distribution is a loser when the web is capable enough to compete.
