Please don't do that. It bloats your memory and slows parse. CSS belongs in CSS files for deployment.

I guess you are talking about inline styles, nowdays we call
#cssinjs real CSS generated from JS. -
And from my experience it actually improves performance.

create-react-app extracts embedded CSS using that plugin by default. I'm not sure what conditional CSS in split out bundles do.
