Does it strike anyone else as odd how hard it is to show a DOM list of 10,000 nodes in a performant way? Seems like a missing web primitive

<long-list row-height="200"></long-list> This interface seems like enough info for the browser to make it work for many nodes

How do you show a large list of elements that a user can command F through? Why does this requires 1000+ of LOC

suspect the perf benefit > outweighs 1k LOC :) Also: a11y, focus, grid, var height items, virtualization, x-browser.
