With Polymer PWA, the argument is that JS exec is broken down into tiny slices with HTTP/2, so the app is “meaningfully interactive” faster

but is it really “meaningfully interactive” if I tap on a WC button but the button’s script hasn’t finished evaluating yet?

That's the thing about how lazy-upgrade works: you the button doesn't even render until the script behind it is also available.

: Shop mostly doesn't paint pixels you can't use immediately. It's pretty great & enabled by Web Components upgrade process.
