Noticed that ServiceWorkers can compete with page on bandwidth when they are installed early in page lifecycle.

Yeah, wasn't sure what you meant - could cut both ways, no dev control (browser implicitly schedules page load unaware of SW JS).

What more? A lot. It's not as if polling via delays is ideal. It isn't. Nothing against SWs. Onward!
