@izs are they meant to have longer wearing coatings? I sort of assume all nonstick will be headed for recycling in 3-5 years.

@slightlylate Yeah, anodized titanium is amazing, apparently, as long as you don't crack it or burn it (ie, no metal & keep below 550˚F) -
@izs@slightlylate I don't always treat my stainless steel right (rapid temp change), but Bar Keeper's Friend makes it like new every time.
