The exotic, wildly profitable bits of banking were not fans. Having done more than their fair share to melt down the global economy, they fought like hell to avoid blame and continue to take risks. The cultural resistance to reorienting front-end to serve all will be similar.

Where is Google in this reorientation process though? A tweak to the google ranking algo which, say, reeeeally heavily favoured FMP, could overnight make wix et al pariah ISPs,
