The exotic, wildly profitable bits of banking were not fans. Having done more than their fair share to melt down the global economy, they fought like hell to avoid blame and continue to take risks. The cultural resistance to reorienting front-end to serve all will be similar.

I said it before and I say it again: most websites should be static. Only use JavaScript when really needed (for complex interactions) and rely on HTML and CSS for your content and presentation. Use static site generators like
