Many people wouldn't believe if you told them things like video chat are possible in a browser without downloading an app / plugin. How do we align user expectations of browsers with what browsers can do in 2020?

Build something people prefer using over Zoom. Zoom requires installing an app, and there’s friction when joining a call via a link. If the browser can match Zoom’s UX once you’re on a call, than it can be better than Zoom by improving those areas.
