At this point it requires zero foresight to confidently predict that 2020 will not be the year high-performance, high-end devices storm the mobile scene, or that phone replacement rates will increase. Time to make more out of what we've got.

It will also be the year a lot of people who were just about to be able to afford an iPhone suddenly can't, and if your personal beliefs about tech hinged on they idea that everyone could join the monied class, welp, you were wrong and this is a chance to do better.

The untold misery hiding behind this aggregate is so much more important than your comfort. Do your part and don't exacerbate inequality by leaning into JS-first privilege.
