Nobody *really* wants a build step, and with the amount of code you can *actually* afford to send to a mobile device, you shouldn't need one at (desktop) dev time.

Wouldn't JSX be as likely as an inclusion as TS features as both are heavily liked and require build tools? Or do you just see that need as coming from a different avenue (template instantiation etc)?
