@DasSurma Hey quick Houdini question, how much of Chrome Canary's AnimationWorklet support adheres to the draft spec? @ https://drafts.css-houdini.org/css-animationworklet/ …
Hoping to have a play

Sorry about late response. We should match the spec fairly closely. Things we don't: 1) only support play(), cancel() methods on WorkletAnimation so no finish/reverse/ pause. 2) ScrollTimeline and GroupEffect support is fairly basic but functional We

Are ST and GE behind a flag?

Yes they are behind flags. All of these features can be enabled by passing this command line flag: `--enable-blink-features=AnimationWorklet,ScrollTimeline,GroupEffect` That allows controlling them individually as well.

Anything in chrome://flags? Or command line option only? I ask because flag flipping by command line is a right pain on Android.

AW and ST are experimental flags so enabling chrome://flags/
#enable-experimental-web-platform-features would enable them. GroupEffect is a "test" flag (we didn't think it is mature enough to be experimental). So it needs to be enabled via the command line atm.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like
