In the end, it will have been good to have a unified and cohesive module system. I'm a little worried that we won't get there with HTML & CSS modules, and web bundling (which is an integral part of the story now).

We should not have removed imports until/unless something actually better came along. Very worried about TC39 pace and Fetch Options / destination issues.
