And the default way today's popular tools manage this is to treat page load as the *only* moment. We need a much more sophisticated approach if we're going to lean into JS-first.

Please remember that 1MiB of data in some countries costs the same as what somebody earns in that same month. Atleast that is what I remember from a Fronteers talk in 2017/2018. I’m sure somebody can help me with remembering the exact numbers
