It's a Rawlsian test and, if the outcome is more appreciation of the ways society is unjust-by-design, I'm excited about folks understanding their privilege.

Once got dismissed from a jury pool after describing our criminal justice system as falling short of Rawlsian norms. Pretty sure prosecutors don't want folks in their pool arguing from that perspective.

My frustration is that there aren't enough of us arguing that corner that cases have to be brought expecting it.
