These seem like unnecessarily harsh conditions to put on people who are just trying to start, run, and maintain a business.

We're adding value to the businesses who deposit large amounts of money into our checking accounts every two weeks. Businesses have to make hard choices with limited resources. Useful features for paying customers will usually be atop the list.

No? You have to comply with whatever laws exist in whatever countries you're doing business. If anything it highlights how massively *more* difficult doing business in a foreign country is than just "make the site load fast on mobile."
