I really hope not. We try to understand that we're an infrastructure team and have less on the ground experience than our customers who build apps, and so we need to listen to them carefully. And LitElement is primarily focused on external customers.

But also, I make the point about Search (which does not use externalised tools) *in the next tweet*. Lit is built with low end in mind (it's 1/10 the size) but that's no replacement for starting from your hardest constraint rather than imagining devices/networks will get fast.
