The CSS scroll snap API seems nice but really could use some options to configure transition and easing to make it feel more native and consistent across browsers.
Unfortunately, seems a JS solution is still necessary

...also, this all sounds like the reasons we're building out Animation Worklets. Want to enable whatever scroll-linked effects folks want w/o adding a maze of configuration options to CSS.
