Amazing how poorly @British_Airways has managed the 5+hr delay for BA287 today. Full A380 compliment gathered at the gate for more than an hour *twice* with ~zero info. Only copped to first delay severity 1.5+hrs after posted boarding time; silent treatment happening again.

If you're planning to file a complaint, keep in mind that companies that offer to help you with it will take a % of the refund, and most airlines should have their own form for that:) You basically have to submit the same data for both so why lose money
