If you're planning to file a complaint, keep in mind that companies that offer to help you with it will take a % of the refund, and most airlines should have their own form for that:) You basically have to submit the same data for both so why lose money

I think that’ll entitle you to €600 of compensation, though you have to apply for it.

(Yep, I've managed to claim the €600 compensation for a 23-hour delay with BA. Filled out the form online, waited a while, eventually it came through.)
