I suspect most folks don't grok how low-hanging the web-performance fruit really is these days. My approach to understanding any site: 1.) load site in a tab 2.) open devtools, find the big script bundle 3.) pretty-print and just _scroll_ 4.) WPT it: http://webpagetest.org/easy

What are the options one has as a Dev? Are there any articles or tools available to analyze and be able to make the pages lighter? I assume some options on webpack perhaps?

babel-preset-env, http://polyfill.io , and node-prpl-server can go a long way
