Is PWA a full website?

Sure not everyone will understand it in either case. I just feel like having "application" there adds a bit more of a confusion

"Install" is fine I guess. "application" is kinda a problem. Not a deal breaker, but at least it isn't used in English localization. I saw a case with "How can I close this panel, I don't want to use the application". Meaning wanting to use web version and not the native app.
