Not in real world use. Android is a faster OS to use than iOS. Qualcomm is running all over Apple in GPU performance, and Apple is still cheaping out on RAM and those make a huge difference in how these devices perform and how long they last.

Didn't Huawei already do a 7nm chip?
@jalada mentioned it earlier. They're blocked in the US though so maybe Apple mesnt there. -

Android vendors could just go back to making something affordable ($100 rather than $500-1000) and remove the preinstalled bloatware so it's perfectly usable.

It was the lack of software updates rather than hardware diffs that made me jump from Android to iOS Apple support their devices for 5ish years, Android devices get much shorter support

I remember Google taking a software based approach when picture taken with Android phones’ cameras were found to be inferior to the ones taken by an iPhone. Google could replay that approach.
