Hey (ex-) @w3ctag folks, quick question: what’s the time commitment for the TAG in practice? /cc @slightlylate, @kennethrohde, @sangwhanmoon, @torgo, @hadleybeeman, @lukOlejnik, @robinberjon, @plinss, et al.

I do it poorly in 20-30% time. Doing it right requires more.

Is most of your TAG time essentially spent reviewing specs?

The workload is pretty intense, but it's something the web very much needs; we've been lucky to have folks like @triblondon, @torgo, and @mnot who have regularly asked "how can we be more efficient?" Has helped much more than proposals to expand the TAG have.
