I’d like two Android recommendations: 1) the absolute high end (something I can test what the best experience would be like), and 2) the common case - something I should consider the practical “low end” to be for testing purposes.

It would be interesting to have a live public dashboard (ala the Chrome UX report) that rolls up available memory, screen size, and maybe primary core speed. Have an easy, timely place to point (not a conference talk deck) to says "see how bad most devices still are?!"

Or perhaps more helpfully "if you have a globally public website, 20% of your users are in this network/device quality bucket; 15% are in this one. That means your site takes this long to be useful."
