At runtime, flipping `.classList` values will likely be faster than forcing us to re-run the parser over values you feed.

Also, you haven't pulled all of those strings into the JS heap (including the intermediates we likely create there).

what about optimizing TTI with in-document critical css, then doing less optimal css generation from js, but only for what is rendered and lazy, since page is already rendered? Isn't it solving TTI so that load/parse styles in parallel is not as critical any more?
