@kingslyj might not be aware that we've had some...interesting times...getting WASM threading launched (a requirement for Earth) thanks to Spectre and Meltdown. Which is to say that heroic efforts are being taken by the team to make this stack work on top of standards-based technology. I worry that other browsers which haven't invested as heavily in site isolation won't have the required tech for a while to come = \

Also, I would hope everyone can agree that the _trajectory_ here is good: instead of being plugin-based or fully-native (as Earth used to be), this is a team that is working hard to move to the web, using what's available, and committing to standards-based tech when it works.

Outrage is cheap to manufacture and hard to tamp down -- but conspiracy theorism enlightens nobody and is not a great way to make progress. I look forward to FF launching WASM Threading and SABs!
