Conference organizers. We have a web app as well, but it's much less popular because of the lack of native functionality across mobile devices.

That's interesting, thanks for sharing. What native features in particular they are missing? If your web app is not 1:1 with native, then sure, they may prefer a more feature-rich solution. Also, are both options priced the same?

Native app is more feature rich, yes. Web app comes for free with a native one as a "light" version. I can ask more on our side and get back to you with more info later.
