Just doing some math: a 10min video each week with 500 views would be enough to top those 4000 hours. Shouldn't be to hard if you wanna be a "youtuber"

A 10 min video with 500 views is probably ~2000 minutes of watch time. You can't assume a view equals watch time for the full video - almost no one watches to the end of videos.
