The article I posted mentions the relevant dimensions, and the placebo still seems to be more effective than adderal. What am I missing?

Adderall does not help non-ADHD people take tests. It helps them do difficult things without getting bored / losing willpower. If they had asked subjects to study 10 hours w/o break, Adderall would have worked better than placebo. Talking about test-taking skill is a distraction.
