What do you mean by "dump the rest", and what bad things would this cause that aren't already happening?

So people are then looking to privatize in belief it will fix public schools, when they are just skimming.

Wouldn't smart kids learn faster w/o problem kids, and problem kids learn faster in dedicated problem kid school w/ discipline?

So why not create dedicated problem kid schools w/discipline, make them unfun. Leave rest of kids in scalable publics
