Vouchers will not scale. Nor will charters. And if public schools acknowledged IQ, they would be cheaper.

Govt things are forbidden from acknowledging *anything*. With charter schools, at least some principals can work on your lines.

That's the main problem: most people proposing chngs to ed think it's seriously malfunctioning. In fact, it's pretty good.
