Sure, you, can, but that's not going make much of a difference for inequality. However land reform will. Gov reform might.

Well, they *are* poorer. Some things are cheaper in KS, but they compete for same college tuition, oil, pharmaceuticals, etc

Suspect Kansas and NYC have diff college prices; US & Costa Rica similar oil. I'm saying it's convention not to adjust for PPP
