This. The idea of zero-sum is a fallacy. Humanity has way more important problems to solve than it does people to solve them, so wasted people hours on zero-sum games is net negative for creating the best possible future. Let’s instead build wonderful things that help and inspire

Focus on making products & services people truly love, so that the total economic pie is bigger, instead of engaging in zero-sum/negative-sum corporate power struggles. This is the good future.

The idea is noble, but the reality is that the modern economy is based on competition and you have to win enough of those zero-sum games to even participate. I'd love to focus 100% of my work time on building great stuff but I also want a salary and funding doesn't grow on trees.
