    +1 I watched yesterday as colleagues from two of our directorates collaborated spontaneously and at pace to fix a bug that was causing users confusion and distress. They could only do this because they now have a shared Slack channel

    The shared-channel feature of is vastly underrated. Being able to discuss with your partners as easily as you're discussing with your team is an incredible productivity boost 🚀 The avg response time between partners using it vs those who don't is ridiculous.

    This is why i love it has features most chat or collab apps lack. Its like messaging/collab on steroids. Wish most of my coworkers would pick it up

    Ever get an important message that you can't answer right away? Sounds like a perfect time for our remind feature. If you're on Slack's mobile app, you can long-press the message (you know, hold down on it), then select *remind me* from the list.

    We love using in the lab! We even have our own custom emojis 🧠🤖

    The app is now better than it was. Slack would sometimes crash when the user right-clicked to see the context menu. In context, that was unhelpful. So it no longer does that.
