@TeamYouTube my channel was shut down and I really need to talk to someone. It was done without notice and I can explain the cause behind it if someone could contact me.
Whenever I fill out the form I get this message “We've looked into your account and confirmed that it is still active, so you should be able to log in normally.” But when I login my YouTube account still isn’t there.

What happens when you try to log in and do you see any error message? Also, share a few screenshots and your channel URL for us to look into it? Keep us posted.
