Is there a way to expose the internal row id of a @socrata dataset through the API (in the case of publishers not specifying an id)?

@chrismetcalf@skram Actually, trying$select :*, * doesn't seem to work. Explicitly including all column names does.
@CoryMollet @chrismetcalf The API docs at https://dev.socrata.com/docs/system-fields.html … were recently updated. Depends on v2.1 vs v2.0. Can you give ex URL?
