It's almost 2016 and 20 years since the Internet was opened to the public, the best way we can distribute open data is still lists of links.

@spara I have to disagree. I see many #opendata programs distributing data as tables, downloads, APIs, and _experiences_

@skram @spara @ChicagoCDO us you mean? researchers? Not saying the other parts aren't useful, just that I think the 1% is still most useful.

@reginaobe @spara @chicagocdo I guess what I am arguing is wget and downloads are for the 1% and #opendata is for many many personas
