@skram They appear to be based on different HQMF releases which use different versions of L7 data types.

@skram Given that HQMF R2 has only been published for ballot (twice), any schema that has been published isn't going to be correct

@skram The inline title style is Datatype R1 from first ballot of HQMF R2 (I think), the value='title' style is from the second ballot.

@motorcycle_guy Oy! confusing that @ONC_HealthIT ProjectCypress(.org) uses one and USHIK uses another. Want to figure out who is "right"

@skram I would expect Cypress (version 2) to be using HQMF Release 1, not Release 2.

@motorcycle_guy one more question.. where can I learn about the major changes b/w R1 and R2? most interested in which is blessed for #MU
